Yeah, I like watching replays when we win.

Anybody else see the second half play where Moute-Bidas was called for a foul on #5 going for the rebound after a missed ASU free throw?

It looked sketchy at the game and I saw the ASU player and bench with big sh*t eating grins right after the call which made me think it was a typical Pac-12 Ref hose job on Cal.

I watched and re-watched that play yesterday and confirmed it to be another horrific call. No way in the world Moute-Bidas should have been called for a foul. The ASU player should have been called if it were to be a foul at all and a no call would have been fine.

Yup, I was sitting right along that baseline a few rows back and could not believe that call. Those refs did a nice job in the first half by letting them play, maybe only 8-9 fouls between the teams, but then they remembered they are Pac-12 refs.

I don't know why its so hard to just stop calling so many fouls?

if you start calling ticky tack stuff, you are setting a stupid precedent for the rest of the game where you have to call the same ticky tack calls the whole game. Cause if you don't, then it just seems completely arbitrary which ticky tack calls you choose to call.

It seems a whole lot easier to just only call the obvious stuff.

That's one of the things I holler at the Ref's after bad calls during a game; "That's why you are a Pac-12 Ref"

And when Arizona's Freshman big man flopped for the third time against us I yelled at him that he should be playing for Duke

The only reason I go to cal games is cause my seat is right across from shocky and I get a perfect view of him constantly working the refs.

It's truly worth the price of admission.

Hmmm Ducky... sounds like you and I sit pretty close. I hate it when he's up hopping around like an idiot. It distracts from the game.... I am pretty surprised that those who sit around him (other than his daughter who is paid to be there) tolerate all his histrionics...
