Clocked stopped at 5.6 seconds left in game, then after restart foul was called on Texas A&M. Officials used a stop watch to time how much time elapsed while clock was stopped which was 6.3. So they ended the game without the foul call being enforced.

Yeah - that is a horrific rule/ruling. It really penalizes the kids for looking at the clock and adjusting to it.
