He's "playing" for Memphis. In fact, he.....for the time being anyway...has jumped over Ivan Rabb
on the depth chart FOR NOW. If that doesn't p..s you off, let me know and I've got a wall-deal I'm trying

BTW: speaking of screwed up franchises, did you follow the 3-way trade that was supposed to go down
involving the Grizz, Phoenix and my local....well, team is too strong a term....bunch of players.

It fell apart because Phoenix apparently thought they were getting Dillon Brooks (age 22)
and Memphis apparently thought they were sending MarShon Brooks (age 29).

I can't make this stuff up.

Let me say I respect the hell out of this board for the fact we have a Joakim Noah thread. Even more because of the typo in the thread title and the fact it doesn't really even make sense (since he was cut by the Knicks a while ago, as BEARUPINDC points out, and is now on the Grizzlies). Just love it.

The guys in the Grizzlies podcast, which I posted in the Ivan Rabb thread, don't know why the Grizz signed him. Refer to him as an old guy who can play a few minutes every couple of games. They want Rabb getting those minutes. No idea why the Grizzlies would take on Joakim Noah.
