I think there is a conflict of interest for Pac-12 commentators to say what's really on their minds. I'm not saying he doesn't really believe it but I think we have to take it with a grain of salt.

We seem to have a few possessions each game where we make poor decisions.

1) Paris' ridiculous shot from the side (no chance)
2) JHD passing to the other team
3) McNeil dribbling on a fast break into traffic, losing it and an easy dunk the other way

Shows up in your TO number. Gotta take care of the ball.

On the D end, Vanover just a bit too slow right now. Getting abused.

Trojans have 7 scholly players and we just drew our first foul on them in the 2nd half with 10:35 left on a play that could have been a charge.

Not sure I get the plan.

Edited to add: oh and then missed both free throws. Followed by another Rakocevic layup.

Gotta get the ball into Kelly every possession. He doesn't need to shoot it but it totally collapses the defense which will lead to open looks.

On the plus side, Jacobi Gordon looks a little more spry tonight. Maybe the achilles is loosening up a bit. His shot is off though.

Unfortunately, our guys don't really want to get it inside.

Andre getting doubled most of the time he gets it. Can kick out and get open looks, or he can get physical. But when we don't even look inside, it's frustrating.

I don't get the lack of defensive intensity. Gordon was literally guarding air. Fortunately Kelly came over with a nice block. And after Gordon was beat, he didn't even make a move towards his guy. He took one step in and then backed away. Huh?

Did these guys not play D at all prior to college? This is pretty basic stuff.
