How long do you want to ignore this user?
Their is a " reissue" option. What does that do? Does it give you the ability to print a hard copy of a game ticket from your pass?

I don't know about the "reissue" option, but if you use the basic transfer option, you can email a hard copy to yourself.

I know that. It is a convoluted process.

Yes, it does allow you to do so. I used that feature last week at the suggestion of my concierge person after having an issue trying to transfer a ticket to my son. I then forwarded my ticket re-issue e-mail so he could print at home.

Weird thing is that he was able to print the ticket but when they scanned his ticket it showed that they had been previously used but the ticket taker let him in anyway.

Don't know why that happened but those were seats I had previously tried to transfer to him...
