According to Jerry Palm
Rumor Jason. I have no idea whether that will work but if you want to have a guy who can talk to kids about what it will take to get to the show and stick I can't think of a better get that is in Cal's wheel house.oski003 said:
Please please please hire a good coach that has the cache to keep the young players intact.

Great news!! Sure calls into question Kowlton's judgement. Sounds like he had no idea of what's going on if the players had to come in and beg for a new coach.
All in on Turner. I fear that if things don't go well after hiring Kidd that it will be 100x harder to fire the best player to wear the uniform.GMP said:
My head says Turner. My heart says Kidd. Very happy to not be a decision maker on this.
As frequent readers know I would LOVE turner. But I also think the buzz with Kidd could be something pretty special as well.CALiforniALUM said:All in on Turner. I fear that if things don't go well after hiring Kidd that it will be 100x harder to fire the best player to wear the uniform.GMP said:

Some might say he was asleep at the wheel. Thanks, players.
Well, he met with the players late last week, before supposedly deciding to keep WJ. Plus, he MUST HAVE been gauging their attitudes and feelings all season, because obviously this was a decision that he was going to need to make.DavisBear said:

Would LeBron sign off on that? Eh...CALiforniALUM said:
Of course ESPN just said that the Lakers would look to hire Jason Kidd if they fire Luke Walton now that the Lakers just missed the playoff.
