It appears to be due to having already redshirted due to injury his freshman year and having missed much of last year to injury as well. If he had to sit out he would only have one year?

Nah. You can't play like Jemarls did last year (including important minutes down the stretch) and simultaneously claim an injury. This is the ncaa not following their own rules.

Hey, it's obvious. Both teams are Wildcats, so it's an in-house or inter-family transfer, and no need to require he sit out a year.
