Insightful article. While it features Coach Fox, the piece also says a lot about AD Knowlton, who chose Fox to lead the Bears back.

Kinda weird that the only two Cal hoops players they could manage to recall were Johnson and Crabbe. I'd think Kidd, Abdur-Rahim, Jaylen Brown or Lamond Murray might have warranted a mention. Or that the guy who created cap space for the Nets by moving Crabbe was also a Cal hoops player.

Agree. KJ had an excellent NBA career, but they plainly forgot about Kidd in discussing famous NBA players from Cal.
