this video is the best I've seen at explaining the rule, although the speaker is talking in Korean. Still with the 0 step, 1 step, 2 step symbols and some writing in english it is understandable
the early part of the video is basic, although it does talk about a carry
but the later part of the video covers the tough area
the misunderstanding is mostly around step 0, and that a player gets 2 steps to catch the ball, and then can dribble once, and then take 2 steps. these always look like a travel to me, but it is actually legal
but when you are a ref, you have to make instant decisions at unexpected times
