if the NCAA allows players who transfer (non-grad students), will the NCAA allow an additional schollie spot?

today, there is barely 2 schollies per position when you consider injuries, and I would guess transfers will be even more common if they end the sit-out year

hard for a coach to have as much continuity with the revolving door, and therefore it might force them to dumb down the schemes as players won't be in the system as long (on average)

helps the schools ... helps the players (more D1 schollie opportunities)
