Transcripts of this have been available for quite a while and nothing much has happened either in the courts of law or public opinion. We can only hope that HBO has more leverage than our collective common sense, NCAA, University administrations or legal system.

He's not getting an extension approval by the UA Board of Regents, which he'll need soon to keep recruiting.
