Not sure if Kuany Kuany actually goes by "K2" but it would be one of the best nicknames in sports

I really liked K2's potential. Really impressed with how well he moved his feet, and think he can be a top defender with his quickness and length. He also could get to the basket and score. It didn't always look pretty, but the ball went through the hoop. His 3 point shooting looks promising.

So what is his potential ... well maybe this is a clue in 1 or 2 years. And maybe he can get there faster, or exceed his big bro's game

I like 2K better because of the popularity of NBA 2K with youth. I agree he has much potential and could be a very hard to guard stretch 4.

I agree on Kuany - agile for his size, nice form on his outside shot, but needs lots of coaching. Is anybody else surprised at how raw these kids from these basketball "academies" are? I'm thinking of Jorge, Vanover, and 2K. Jorge got by his first year on grit and hustle, but I saw no indication that those guys had better fundamentals or an understanding of the game than kids from regular public or private high schools.

Agreed, but maybe they go to these academies their last year or two, in order to start getting that coaching. It's a many-year process.

BTW, I think Vanover had the skills. His problem was that his body needed to develop into that 7-3 frame, which just takes time.
