Yeah even the good ol' Bears have had former players do some very bad things (if you consider cold blooded killing and then burning your wife and four year old son a very bad thing).

In poking around to refresh my memory on it, I came across this book, written by the prosecutor.

Don't worry. It has no reviews on Amazon, and is #603,274 on the best seller's list, which strongly suggests very few sales. A nice vanity project, but few sales. So sad. Maybe the author was a Stanford grad?

But your point that the school and team had nothing to do with Ford's crime is the point in response to the OP--Fox's former player getting in trouble really doesn't reflect on him. Now if he had a whole string of bad actors from his team--oh, say like Altman in Oregon--then that would be different.
