In a surprising twist of fate the Western Michigan PG opts to go with a school that was not on his final list. Originally he had narrowed it down to Cal, Iowa State, DePaul and Santa Clara. That is no more as Flowers will be playing for South Alabama.

Sounds like there is a question as to if he is going there as a grad transfer or to complete his undergrad. I don't think that was going to fly here. Too bad.
