For California at this late date the domestic pond of qualified recruits seems to be fished out. There are few qualified contributors remaining available domestically.

Fox needs to reload and activate his international recruiting queries again. Fox must redouble his solicitation of his contacts for international talent. The staff has to leverage their international contacts to narrow the field of prospects to those that want to come to America and prepare for a professional career.

I agree it's getting late in the fall recruiting cycle. My guess is COVID-19 has complicated international recruiting to the extent we might have to concentrate on late bloomers in the spring.
