Seems like things are up in the air. The virus is absolutely exploding in many areas of the country. It won't hit here quite as hard, because we take the mitigation efforts more seriously, but it will be impossible to keep out. (Places like Taiwan, Japan, New Zealand and Australia have distinct advantages being island nations.)
Totally unrealistic to think we can "bubble up" like the NBA did: We're talking about tons of college kids, all over the country.
At least football is outdoors.
There will be games cancelled right and left. If we can get anything CLOSE to a season in (without spreading the virus to more vulnerable populations), we'll be lucky. All we can hope for.
