On the one hand, a predictable hire: An accomplished Black female with impeccable credentials on and off the court.

On the other hand, zero West Coast experience and connections. Unless she can recruit heavily from the East Coast in her first seasons, it could be a while before the talent starts to arrive.

Have to wait and see what her record is after a couple seasons. Agree recruiting could be a problem.
