FWIW I think Amaya was competing for playing time primarily against Karisma and Mia. Both were more experienced and strong defensive players, Karisma also had PG skills. Unfortunately none of those three shot very well.

Amaya is certainly a good athlete but I didn't see a lot of basketball skills. Hopes she develops at FSU.

I think that's fair. Shooting less than 25% (2's), 0% (3's) and 50% FT's and twice as many TO's as assists is not good. In one game she missed 2 consecutive layups from the left (her favorite side). In open practices she is easily the worst shooter on the team.

Karisma had a slow start but in conference play her shooting % was comparable to Jayda, and better on 3's. That would be a surprise to those who saw her shoot air balls earlier in the year.

"I am sure that also factored in".

How do you know this? Did you talk to her? Highly unlikely. Quit the bs!
Always good to hear from the Cult of Charmin.

You can look at the overall record of women's basketball transfers. Good players go almost 100% of the time to winning programs.

And when Jada left, she said she looked forward to going to a program that had been to so many Elite Eights, and perhaps she could help get them to a Final Four.
It's Jayda, btw. Oops. One more edit needed. lol.

You can name-call all you like. It doesn't bother me.
Yep, we had our "cult" banquet on Tuesday night. Impressive turnout.

Thanks for the typo advice. I was Phi Beta Kappa in Economics, and not in English, for obvious reasons.

What kind of chants and incense did you use this time? It certainly wasn't to celebrate finishing 10th, being the only PAC12 team to make zero appearances in the postseason over the past four years, finishing 11th in conference attendance, getting zero high school recruits once again, and losing our best players to other teams. Although maybe you do think that those things deserve celebrating, and a contract extension.
