Interesting that her hometown is listed as Moraga when she played at Woodside in the CCS.I.E.Bear said:

Looks like a good player and just what we needed
She has 2 years eligibility?
Why would she get a 5th season if the covid year wasn't one of the three she played? The NCAA doesn't allow that unless players get an injury waiver and played in very few games in one of their seasons, which is not her situation.Schroeder71 said:
Ila Lane has only played three seasons and sat out Covid year (2020). I'll await formal announcement to see whether or not she has two seasons of eligibility. Of course, it would also depend if Cal turns their results into a winning team or not as to whether IL would want to return for another year. GO BEARS!
I think that is a very valid point. +1 to that as a starting lineup!Schroeder71 said:
I would probably start Claudia Langarita (6-4) alongside Ila Lane (6-4). Michelle Onyiah is a burst of energy when she comes off of the bench. As Cal fans know, her energy can spark the team but she typically plays limited (12) minutes due to foul problems. I don't think that with that profile that she should be counted upon as a starter.
