My season tickets are supposed to come tomorrow on Wednesday. but no parking pass. I asked if i coud use last year's pass. no comment so far.

Haven't seen hide nor hair of my electronic tickets. I'm going to contact my rep today.

apparently i forgot to mention, yes, our women's *paper* tickets arrived this week. parking, nope, allegedly (by cal) in the pipeline. first event's printed tickets read monday november 4th

It is a free game. not sure if you can use your parking pass. Not sure If I will have one by then.

I ordered parking pass today, supposed to be a "mobile" delivery. Got my ticket download link today too, coincidence?? Don't know....

Just got my electronic ticket notification yesterday. Trying to figure out or remember to transfer tickets to my phone ..phew!

Ok, ordered parking pass...turns out we have to download pass for each and every game and print....what a pain....why can't they do it like last year and give us a season pass?

Am deeply irritated by this situation. BearBloke doesn't use a cellphone, and sometimes we arrive at games at separate times. Mail out a paper season pass, for god's sake! As long-time season ticket holders, we feel disrespected and are tempted to forget about being Golden Way members and donate to a local girls' athletic organization instead.

Ok so I sent an email to ATO about parking passes and got this response. Makes sense so I'll shut now.

"
Thank you for reaching out. Parking for Women's Basketball has transitioned to one pass for each event as we have had issues in the past securing spots for our patrons. There were games where we had an attendant at the lot which would scan parking passes but with this being the same pass for the season the scans would read an error because that barcode was already used. We want to avoid turning away people wrongfully so this is the way we avoid that. "

I find this explanation, laughable. First there was usually no one there checking parking passes for half the games I went to. When I did see someone, they never scoped my ticket. We just waved it at them. So if you go to a game this year and they don't scan it, then we all should complain to the ticket office.

Sigh…yeah but it won't change now I'm afraid. I think I recall one time they looked at pass last year. Are they doing this for MBB? Perhaps that's what's driving this approach? Always a mystery to be found with Cal Athletics eh? ;-)
