At the practice, I don't see Gisella. Claudia is riding the bike. Kayla is practicing.

I was just told that Claudia is still recovering from back surgery earlier this year. Expected to return in January.

Gisella arrived later and spent time on the bike. I was told she has an "issue" with her feet. I imagine she'll be back fairly soon.

Gisella rode the bike enough to do the tour de France.

Lola is quicker than she looks.

This group of men practice players is the best group I have seen.

We didn't shoot the threes in practice. i wanted to watch some of their releases. Gabielle has a nice release from the free throw lane. Made four straight. Nice rotation. Also watching the sprints, she is fairly fast.

Bowles has nice instincts.

Anastasia looks like she is rusty. Is kind of long for a guard.

wvitbear-was #35 Ackerman able to score inside? She does not shoot the three yet was Cal Poly's leading scorer.
Also, Mafua is also 6-1 and should be able to score inside and/or around the free throw line. GO BEARS!

Btw, wvit, I had my Kaiser hearing tests last week and it appears that I'll need hearing aids.

Ackerman scored mostly inside. Mafua can shoot the three. I think she could be an good wing as she is tall and has skills.

SF Bear 72, did Charmin say how many recruits she hoped to sign in November. Any big ones.

I feel pretty good at point guard next year. But need at least one or two bigs.

She did not talk about recruiting.

We have 4 high school commits so far. Two point guards, 1 scoring guard and a Wing. I'm guessing she'll look to the portal for at least one big.

I read on another site that Natalia Ackerman has two years of eligibility left (Covid plus an injury year).

Who are the four commits? Are any from Northern Cal?

Actually, now that you mentioned it, i have heard of them but forgot. Something that is easy to do at my age. Thanks
