I hope I am wrong, but as far as I know, ESPN+ is not a tv channel. I have the ESPN app on my laptop and IPad, and have been paying ( I think) an extra $10 a month for access to ESPN+ on that app.

If you have a streaming box on your tv, like Roku, you can also access the ESPN app that way on your tv. . But you will still have to have a subscription to ESPN+ to watch that additional material.

aand i was confused (as usual), since clicking calbear's streaming option does insist on a paid espnX subscription # no tanks / fudge

Sorry I didn't see this sooner...ESPN+ is an APP on Comcast....the easiest way to get to it is using the microphone function on your remote and saying "ESPN+".....I have a pretty large (aka expensive) package with Comcast, but I don't know if there is a "cutoff" in the sports packages you sign up for to get it....
