Cal shot the lights out. I didn't know Williams had that in her after watching her in the early games. Teams will not be able to sag down when she's got the ball on the perimeter.
Lulu showed a lot of potential as a freshmen, but she has made a huge jump up this year. When she signed I was a little concerned about her shooting, but congrats to the coaches to find this off the radar guard.
Ioanna gives this team elite shooting, and also the upside to upset more talented teams
the drop off defensively when Michelle is out is substantial. We need her to avoid silly fouls and also need Claudia back before we hit conference
I'm still not sure what role Noble has, but it seems a lot like Karisma Ortiz's role ... an experienced, tough defense first big guard that can defend bigs when needed
Love the Alpha in Marta. Sometimes plays a little too much bully ball, but no shot is too big for her and her versatility is awesome
Akerman is a solid role player but undersized for the post. Concerned when she needs to defend the ACC bigs.
Lola hasn't made a basket yet, but her form looks good. I expect she will have a solid shot once she gets a little more comfortable
Looks like we will mostly run 7 deep, although don't know the role of Gisella who also looks like a defense first player as another big guard. She averaged 10 minutes as a freshmen on a very good Texas team
It's early but looks like Charmin's best team
