There was a postgame discussion with Charmin and Golden Way members after today's game. She asked how many were going to the Stanfurd game. A number of people raised their hands.
Then, someone asked if there could be a bus to take Cal fans down to the game. Devin Shallowhorn, from the Cal Athletics Fund, was present and he said he would look into getting a bus in coordination with Cal WBB.

I received an email this evening from Kiara Moore saying that they were not proceeding with the bus to Maples Pavilion because not enough people signed up.

Yes, I received that also. Bought two tickets, seatbacks, behind the Cal bench (not right behind, but that section)

I just got this from Kai Felton. There seems to be a bus going down to Stanford. Below is the email. Came at 3:30pm

Hello Cal WBB season ticket holders,
First off, if this is your second email from me because you got one as a part of the Golden Way membership, I apologize. As you can imagine, I am trying to hit everyone up!
We have a 56 seat luxury bus that will take 56 lucky fans down to Maples Pavilion and back to Haas after our win.
Our team feeds off the energy of our fans and having you all at Maples will give us some home court advantage. WE NEED YOU!!!
We are looking to fill a 56 seat LUX Charter Bus, it's the same bus the team uses. It will cost each rider $25 to get from Haas to Maples. The plan would be for the bus to arrive at 4:30PM at Haas and leave around 5 PM. And the bus will drive everyone back after the completion of the game.
Cal Athletics is not allowed to handle the payment of the bus, and Roger has generously volunteered to help in this area. I will be assisting as much as possible.
Please fill out this RSVP form if you plan on taking the bus. We will reach back out to collect $$ for your seat and reserve your spot.
Please click here to buy group tickets at Stanford. I will be honest, you can probably pay more for better seats, but we went ahead and reserved an area for you all to sit together as an option.

I'm going to the game and want to buy tickets using the link but I cannot figure out where the visitors section is. What section is everyone sitting in?

We got Section 1, row C, seats 13 & 14. We opted to pay more and get hardback seats from the Stanford website. $25 each.
I was thinking of going to this game and emailed Cal to ask what section they were going to be in.

I still have a huge problem not getting FB, WBB and MBB emails after multiple and various ways to request. I emailed my ticket rep last week again, but no response.
I'm not a big donor, but am a Golden Way member and Athletic Fund member. Pretty disappointing how many special events I don't hear about (not just for the above membership groups, but just general promotions for all fans)
If I don't see it on social media or at BI, I'd never hear about it.

How was the bus? Some of the videos show a pretty good Cal fan turnout at the game.
Full bus. Fun time! We asked if they could do this every year and build ridership. Maybe two buses next time.ncbears said:

Plenty of other Cal fans were there who came to the game by other means. Car, CalTrain, etc.
While we were sitting on the bus waiting for others to arrive before departing for Berkeley, Michelle Onyiah surprised us all by making an appearance on the bus. She went down the aisle hugging and high-fiving all of us. Special moment.
