She is playing well
Cal just looks frazzled and completely unprepared on offense. Mississippi State is shooting 32 percent with 14 turnovers and leads by 14. Cal was not ready to play and thats on the coaching staff.

She is playing well
When she gets good position she's finishing well, even over the taller defender. But we can't even get into an offense before turning the ball over. Still time to turn it around, but has to happen completely and right away.

Been watching basketball for many decades and can't recall following a team that values the ball less than this team. This is on the coaching staff.

24 turnovers and 12 made baskets. Turnovers have been an issue throughout Charmin's tenure. So it's not just the personnel. But can't have Suarez committing three turnovers just on inbounds passes in an NCAA Tournament game on the biggest stage. Can't just run it back and act like this isn't an issue. The philosophy has to change.
I would hire Layshia as Associate Head Coach and have her specifically address the turnover issues.
25% from the floor and 14% from three and 24 turnovers against five assists. That's a recipe for getting blown out.

this program lacks fundamental passing/decision making development & the head coach has ingrained turnovers & moving screens as an acceptable part of the culture of the program
