One the thing that is apparent was that a 6'5" rim protector is better than a 5'11" protector. When Sakima went out, Boston College started to drive the lane with impunity. We needed that shot blocking talent there. Next year , if Naya stays we would have a 5'11" center. Offensively I think we would do OK. But we would have no starter over 6 feet. Is that where we want to be?
I personally would hope Naya would develop an outside shot and ball handling ability. But we would need a taller center. I think we have two 6'2" women coming in but I'm not sure they are centers. What do you think?
