Becky Hammon rested her starters in protest of the league's schedule, just as NBA coaches have done from time to time. The Aces were on the road against three of the best teams in the league in four days. Given the standings, and the way the Aces are structured, a loss is not critical.

Also note that the three players rested will be on the USA World Cup team, playing overseas while the rest of the league takes time off. All three are older players.

But still, the ridiculous claim that women "aren't up to the strenuousness of the game" is offensive, and given the circumstances -- which you were clearly unaware of -- is simply dumb.

If want to troll female athletes, go to another forum.
