I arrived early and there were only 2 people in front of me at the ticket booth but it took 15 minutes to get a ticket. Then 10 more minutes passed while I waited for the email which was supposed to come with my ticket. It didn't so I had to go back to the ticket booth where they were able to get me a paper ticket. One of the people inside told me they have a new system.

Inside was about the same as last season. I was glad I brought my ear muffs. I didn't see any ushers, which was good because people could move to better empty seats. Full band and spirit groups, which I always enjoy.

I had a bad experience at the first floor concession stand.......The machine read $20, and the attendent had walked away. Another person helped me use my credit card. A little later, I looked up the price, and my total should have been $16.50. They said I probably put down a tip. I didn't. They said they could not refund me, but instead gave me another Pretzel which I took home. All four of the workers were not cordial to anyone purchasing items. I remember the days there were students in the food booth,
many times it was the Pre-med Club. They smiled, were very cordial and helpful!
