Thomas can shoot, although she is small and will need space to get her shot off. We are hoping that Kavanaugh can shoot. Basically, the offense needs some kind of redesign that can avoid trying to turn Green into an outside shooter. She needs to be passing and playmaking and doing other things that can take advantage of her height.
