I received some info from Sports Tours International - tickets are $15.00 per day available at the South Point Arena box office.

Link says Puerto Rico Classic because the Tournament being moved to Las Vegas because of Zika virus concerns.

That arena wasn't too hospitable for the basketball and was far off the Strip. If Cal is not involved, I would not go there.

Cal is playing all three days. I heard it wasn't the best basketball venue and about 7 miles south of Tropicana Way.
There is a shuttle that goes from the Excalibur to South Point - $8.50 one way - not sure about the shuttle schedule but it may only leave once an hour.

I was there last year and I agree, that venue is not set up to host a basketball tournament. If I was just a fan of women's basketball and wanted to see some good match-ups I wouldn't attend...
