This former recruit/commit from Oklahoma is not on the Bears' roster. A Google search indicates he's now a frosh at Queens University in North Carolina. Was this an action based on grades?

What happened to Lauren Fields?

I thought Fields was a 2019 Class. Google suggests the Fields at Queens is a different Lauren Fields.
Lauren Fields is a 2019 recruit.
Thanks for the correction. Off recruit service reports and her videos, Fields looks to be a talented PG, who can score. I'm looking forward to her landing in Berkeley and joining the Bears.
Lauren Fields committed to Cal early - a year ago (August 2017). So, I can see where you thought she was part of this year's incoming class.
Looks like she's a top student.
