I asked about Kenzie Forbes on the Duke board and just got a notification, a poster says they read Kenzie committed to Harvard

Fatou was on her official to Harvard at the same time as Forbes. I know it's none of my business but I really wish Kenzie gave a reason as to why she decided to transfer. I'm sure Fatou asked her some questions about Cal and the program.

I called this the minute she hit the transfer portal.

I believe based on her first year of playing time in the PAC-12 she saw that she was not fast enough or as well conditioned to play any meaningful minutes in the future unless that changed. It's not a personal knock on her, it is just the truth.

From what I have heard, Forbes is a very academically gifted lady and, it only made sense that she transfer to another school where she could potentially get more playing time now and in the future as well as getting an incredible (and I mean IVY LEAGUE incredible) education. And, having a brother that plays basketball for Harvard makes a great story for The Harvard Crimson.

Makes perfect sense.

You certainly did. Good knowledge.

Wish her well.
