With the recent recruiting news, it looks like we have the potential to become a conference power again in 2022-23, after three rebuilding years.

This Year's Graduating Seniors:
5'11" Sara Anastasieska
6'1" Jaelyn Brown
6'4" CJ West
6'7" Chen Yue

Jaelyn Brown may be our star player this year, but we've lost too much talent from last year to be a contender.
Transfers are always a possibility, but if everyone else stays, for 2020-21 we'll have:

Seniors:
6'3" Alaysia Styles
5'9" Mi'Cole Cayton
6'0" Archer Olsen

Junior:
5'6" Naje Murray
5'10" Sierra Richie

Hard to see any of those juniors or seniors carrying the team in 2020-21, which could result in our lowest finish in the conference.

Sophomores:
5'9" Cailyn Crocker
5'11" Jazlen Green
5'5" Leilani McIntosh
6'2" Evelien Lutje Schipholt

Freshmen:
6'4" Dalayah Daniels
6'3" Michelle Onyiah
6'3" Fatou Samb

Depending on how fast the younger players develop, 2021-22 could see a return to the NCAA Tournament. Then we have 2022-23 to look forward to if players develop and some promising recruits sign on for the 2020 and 2021 classes.

I'm hoping Charmin Smith is willing to play a longer bench than her predecessors. Developing this year's freshmen is important for our future.

It's all just entertainment, so find a way to enjoy it.
The refs are there to feed your hatred addiction and keep the games close.

It's possible Mi'Cole and/or Sara could get a sixth year, which could help us a bit while the younger players develop. I've seen very little of Sara but I really like Mi'Cole.

I agree. I also think that would help keep our intensity up.
