Last yr was a difficult yr in XC & distance recruiting however this year there are a number of outstanding local recruits who have committed

Alexander Lodewick from XC power Campolindo. The top runner on the team who is one of the favorites to win the state team title in Div III. Campolindo girls are favorite to win the girl's title in Div3

Justin Pretre from Menlo School another outstanding runner.from the CCS

Rolando Ruckmann-Barnes Granada HS.. Top runner whose team will be one of the favorites in DIV II

Anastasia Snodgrass JSerra (SS) Last year ran 800 2:10.75 & 1600m 4:57.78

Congrats to Coach Johnson & Lockhart in getting these early commitments!

Unfortunately local runner Sean Morello of Albany one of the top runners in the state has chosen Duke.

First weight recruit Angela Schykerynec from the Northern Section of CA. She made the SP State meet last yr but did not make the finals. As noted in her profile she was primarily recruited as a Hammer thrower. She was 3rd in the 2022 Nike National Outdoor championship

Damn how did I miss this one! Donovan Bradley 13.71 HH. Posted on Cal's site Nov 10th but also listed as a UCLA recruit on Milesplit's recruiting site. Did he change his commitment to CAL or vice versa? Anyone knows for sure where he is going?

Another ranked weight person added to coach Mo's stable. She is ranked #66 on the world T&F rankings list but she is 22yrs old. Not sure how many years of eligibility she will have.

Yup.

She was 7th in the shot (53-04) and 10th in the discus (169-02) at Pac-12's this season.

Had her best throws (54-02.75 / 174-02) early in the season in late March at the Aztec Invite.
That throw of 54-02.75 was a freshman record and moved her up to #2 All-Time and just 2" behind Kristin Heaston from 1999.

New graduate recruit, Caisa-Marie Lindfors from Florida St byway of Sweden. Caisa was ranked #9 in the discus in 2021 best of 58.8 m (192.9'} & SP 19.09 m (52.79').

Bradley is a BEAST!

Notice how good his form is.

He's got BOTH arms going forward, which keeps his shoulders square to the hurdle and ready to sprint again once he gets his lead leg down.

Louisia McNatt from McClatchy High (Sac) with a best this year in the 3200 of 10:55.56

Sophie Tau Los Gatos Best of 10:52.97. In 2022 ran 4:59 in the 1600 & 2:20.86 in the 800M.

More recruits. Transfer from South Carolina Wt thrower, Kayla Racine. Looks like HT will be her best event. Best of 196' 1'.


Another outstanding HT transfer from British Columbia, Rowan Hamilton and outstanding best of 249'-3.



Probably the best sprinter from the NCS & locally from Compolindo HS. Mari Testa. Listed as a hurdler but probably will do the short sprints too. She was 6th in state HH with best time of. 14.01 & 11.87 (100) 24.62 (200).



Victor Ezike, Moorpark HS - HJ 6-7. Was in state but NH
