I met Lagi (#40 Uniform) this weekend working the Zoom into June Softball Showcase. She was on the Arizona Suncats team that beat the Mercado Athletics team 5-4. What a great person she is. Very energetic and a great attitude.

SF Chronicle selected its ALL-METRO SOFTBALL TEAM today. Mitch Stephens tabbed 16 first team and 16 second team players. Cal did not have anyone on either so I did a search for Kyndal Todd from Castro Valley HS:

One thing to keep in mind and which might be in Cal's favor - less than half (14) of those players are seniors. 18 underclassmen.
