This is a BIG weekend for the Bears. Ten of the top 11 ranked teams are in Irvine for the annual Kalbus tournament. Cal draws #5 Hawaii tomorrow morning. A win puts them with #1 SC tomorrow afternoon.

This is a bad loss fior a team that wants to be invited to NCAA's. Hawaii is not a lock to win Big West and get the auto invite and now has a win over Cal for the selection committee to consider. Really good teams win close games in the 4th. Hawaii did that today.

Bounce back win by Cal over Long Beach State, 14-11.

Cal finished weekend with 13-11 win over UCSD. Now 11-1 but will drop to #5 in the polls after loss to Hawaii.
