Great read on the Miami website on the game. Our first inning 2 runs but the next up 7 run inning to make it 9-0 left a "dont need to repeat that horse chit" about their own team.

Good grief...A 14-8 lead in the bottom of the ninth and you do not want baserunners....Let them all swing for the fences to be heroes....So what does Neu do? He leaves Foley in who just about single handedly gives up the game, only to be saved at 14-12....Poor pitching, poor strategy, bad coaching....But then a win is a win...Sheesh.

Actually a very impressive start to the tourney...Couldn't be better...I was but noting what I felt to be poor strategy..Team is exceeding expectations and seeding so far...Keep it up

Give Wake Forest some credit. They were 36-19 coming into this game (just took 2 of 3 from #21 Louisville on the road) and did not want to lose to the #16 seed Bears. So, they were ready to take advantage of any mistakes we made.

Damn it's 1:45 am (est) and the 4th ACC game BOston College vs VA is still going on. It's still only the top of the 8th inn. Thank goodness winner of this match doesn't play until Friday.

Cal has buzzed through the U and Wake. Wow! Peaking at the right time. Do you have any pitchers left? We're back to hitting pretty well to close out the season. That means we'll probably struggle today. Ha!
