California State meet happening with prelims today and finals tomorrow. Junior Jaden Jefferson of DLS just set the meet record in the 100 with a legal 10.01 in the prelim today. Also 3rd in the 200 20.99!!

A hot topic at this year meet is a transgender athlete is competing & she is leading in all 3 field events in the prelim. Not sure if they have had any in the past but with the national attention given to transgenders this has put this prestige meet in the limelight.

He ran 10.27 in the Final's today for the Win.
Came back in the 200m to place 4th in 20.86

5 guys under 21 flat is INSANE!

I've been Livestreaming the State Meet since the track events started at 5:45 PM.
Simply incredible!

Could very well be the BEST STATE MEET IN HISTORY!
