The benefits of Cal landing 3 of the top 5 rated swimmers in the country and 5 of the top 20 as well as a host of international stars from France, Italy, Japan & Egypt, is already paying off for the Cal Women's swimming team.

The team of All underclassman including Freshmen Silje Slygnstadli & Annie Jia plus Sophomores Mary-Amber Moluh & Mia West set a new Cal Berkeley record in the 200 Medley Relay with a time of 1:33.29 to finish in 4th place in the event behind the winning time of 1:32.26

Not to be outdone, another very young team composed of Freshmen Teagan Odell & Claire Weinstein as well as sophomore Mia West and junior Anna Chavez also finished in 4th place with the 800 relay with the 2nd fastest time in Cal History 6:50.15. The winning time was 6:45.15.

These women are already turning in unbelievable times for their young age and the best is yet to come.
