not sure what F5 is, but their system doesn't work well

my sub ended, not sure why not on auto renewal, but OK

went to sign in, paid, nothing

sent to contact, no response until this am

thought perhaps had not finished correctly, so did it again, nothing, another contact message sent, nothing until this am

on monday sent a contact message, again no response until the am

if I didn't want a sub, I would just drop you guys ..

lousy service, expect more from a Cal run operation
