I do know that there's lots of video of people appearing to commit crimes -- but the perpetrators are never identified, and their "crimes" are never prosecuted.
Why? Because the videos are being circulated as "evidence" of Democratic cheating, but they're created by GOP/Trump operatives to promote the LIE of Democratic cheating.
Also, remember that once a ballot is put into the ballot box, and once it's validated as a legal ballot (matching the registered Name, Address, and signature), it will be counted, because there's no way to tell if the ballot was illegally "harvested" or not.
Note that paying someone to deliver votes is illegal. So there should be a paper trail for these payments, and that paper trail of payments would be considered evidence.
If you see a video of ballot-stuffing or some other alleged Election Fraud or Voter Fraud, ask yourself, "Has this person been identified, arrested, and prosecuted?" If the answer is "No," IGNORE IT.
