Those people are clowns and a few of them will come down with COVID and realize it's too late for the vaccine. They will then show up at the local ER that is filled with people like them and wait for 12 hours as they wait to be seen and then admitted. If they are seriously ill they will get a helicopter ride to a hospital that has a bed that may or may not be in the state. They will arrive with absolute terror in their eyes as they try to get a breath as they look at their doctor and their nurse. This is the same doctor and nurse who are mentally and physically worn out because they have been treating their patients, dealing with the patient's family, and watching patients die for the last18 months but they go to work and hope that you recover and wonder why for God's sake you didn't get vaccinated when you could have?

It is getting to the point that nurses are quitting rather than going through another round of COVID. If there aren't enough nurses ICU beds are limited because you don't have the personnel to staff the increased demand for ICU beds.

This is the reality in hospitals that diagnose and treat COVID patients. There are states that don't have enough medical personnel to deal with this new surge of COVID.

I think it's more than that. Party leadership has intentionally activated them by encouraging this sort of behavior. Republican freedom has always meant not caring for anyone else, but it's become much more active wrongdoing as opposed to doing so through omission.
