Imagine being this much of a ****** to an alumni of the college you claim you went to, because he didn't want to take a vaccine. You are going scorched earth on him and its a damn shame.

This is so over. Aaron was fined &14,000- laughable, no draft picks, nothing.. The NFL doesn't give a **** about this, neither do fans ( maybe Packers).

Uh, you should ******* know this isn't just about him refusing to take the vaccine.

I'm not a fan of people in influential positions who lies and deceives, who spreads misinformation, who treats Joe Rogan as a doctor.

But apparently you don't mind.

(The fact that you're more outraged at me than at Aaron's deception shows that you must enjoy being deceived. By the way, I have an NFT worth $100,000. But I'll give it to you for only $2,000. DM me!)

I apologize for holding a UC Berkeley alum -- who has held himself to a high standard in the past -- to a high standard.

What's really laughable is that Rodger's and our alma mater is the first college team to cancel a game this year because of Covid. Higher standards

He lied to the media. The same group who's trusted by about 18% of the public. He didn't lie to the NFL, or the Green Bay Packers. He's been punished by the league for infractions to mask wearing. Marshawn Lynch did a hit and run in Buffalo and later a DUI in California and I don't remember the amount of whining , so please save the moral outrage here.

I wasn't aware that a lie could be specific to a select group of people but not be a lie to others. Must be similar to the reasoning behind alternative facts.

1. When you are speaking at a press conference, you are speaking to fans. Press conferences are held to keep fans informed. Rodgers lied to Packers fans. If Chase Garbers did the same thing at his press availability there would be more outrage on this site.

2. Rodgers said an NFL doctor told him vaccinated players can't catch of transmit COVID. The NFL responded: "No doctor from the league or the joint NFL-NFLPA infectious disease consultants communicated with the player. If they had, they certainly would have never said anything like that." Rodgers lied, again.

3. Days after the NFL called Rodgers out, Pat McAfee asked Rodgers directly which doctors did he speak to besides "Dr. Joe Rogan." This time Rodgers didn't say he spoke to any doctors.

4. I don't recall people defending Marshawn for drunk driving or for other reckless behavior. I don't recall people defending his behavior like they're doing defending Rodgers lying.

1) He lied to Packers Fans likely because he did not want to be in the spotlight for not getting vaccinated. He would therefore not need to provide his reasons why and therefore be labeled anti-vax and create a sensationalist news story.

2) you have no idea whether or not a league doctor actually told him that the vaccinated don't spread covid.

3) No comment on people defending obvious despicable behavior vs controversial behavior that isn't inherently despicable.

If I tell my assistant that I am planning on leaving the company at the end of the month and then make an announcement to my employees that I am not leaving the company, did I lie to my assistant? After all, I confided in him or her that I was leaving.

4 days later he was saving face a bit. The last thing he wanted to do was anger the NFL, which was about to levy fines and possible suspensions. He won MVP last year. There is no reason not to believe that he spoke to an NFL doc. It may or may not be true. A blanket statement that no players talk to NFL docs is likely untrue.

That's not his doctor, fyi.

Aaron Rodgers considers him his doctor.
Imagine being this much of a ****** to an alumni of the college you claim you went to, because he didn't want to take a vaccine. You are going scorched earth on him and its a damn shame.

You learn something everyday. Hopefully, his post has activated something in your brain.

I've learned that you think (in another post) that Rodgers lied to Packers fans, but apparently it wasn't a lie to people in general. Seems to me that if you lie about facts, it's always a lie, even if some people don't have much to do with Rodgers.

Think a little harder please. After thinking more, please let me know if you still need clarification.

Explain it if you wish. Or don't, your choice. I'm not going to spend much time trying to justify situational truths to myself.

If I tell my assistant that I am planning on leaving the company at the end of the month and then make an announcement to my employees that I am not leaving the company, did I lie to my assistant? After all, I confided in him or her that I was leaving.
You both lied and told the truth to your assistant. Since you've show a willingness to lie, it's up to the assistant to determine which they think is the lie and which is the truth.

Yeah, I figured the name calling and insults would start at some point. Well, you're not the first to do that. Probably won't be the last.

I am only insulting your lack of critical thinking here. I don't know you personally. You may just be being stubborn.
