The author Debra Satz claims that the current income tax system isnt fair.

I guess she's never made any MONEY in CALIFORNIA before where she's been taxed 13.3% on State Income Tax.
Or I guess she's never been part of the Top 5% that pay 60.3% of all Federal Income Taxes.
