I generally agree with this post. Glad you are posting with this personality as opposed to the one that blasted me a few weeks ago for daring to propose there were enough trans athletes to have their own division. You outright mocked and clowned me for it like a complete jerk. I like this personality better.
Ok, I will take you off ignore.
Thanks for the compliment.
The fact remains . . . that there arent nearly enough trans athletes to have their own Division.
This is why the CIF simply lays back and does nothing more than follow AB-1266.
I'm hoping that things will change in the future, on both these counts.
Because I'm all for participation in one of the greatest prep sports
that there is. It's one of the few co-ed sports that there is and
it helps kids develop social skills and friendships.
But it's wrong because it winds up hurting BOTH sides.
And it's clearly a violation of the spirit of Title IX.
So my suggestion is for the CIF to stop ***** footing around and create an Open Division.
There really is something to be said for, "Build it and they will come."
In this way we get to celebrate diversity in an inclusive fashion.
And also protect the rights of girls under Title IX . . . who are competing at the highest level with an opportunity for an athletic scholarship.

No.
But it seems like youre missing my point when it comes to CIF Track & Field.
Whether 2 athletes compete in the Girls 100m or 6 , , , it doesnt matter.
Just offer the event as an "open" division and you kill two birds with one stone.
Title IX is protected and so is being inclusive.

Things like numbers and facts and percentages are just totally confusing for you. In your world, it would seem that anything more than "one" equals "a lot".
And the very suggestion that all these trans women athletes are transitioning so they can win more is not only unbelievably insensitive, but also extremely stupid.

So everyone would run at the same time and then you post results for boys/girls/open separately?

You are wrong. Please try to be more objective and less angry.

No.
An entirely separate race.
They already do this at the State Meet for a "Unified" Division and a "Para" Division.
It's not for every event though. Just for selected events.

I assume this would only happen for events that have enough trans competitors, then. Again, not sure this will work as a practical solution. Sounds more like the result will be no trans women competing.

It's just like 2016 when trump said we had the worst economy ever and then in 2017 he declared it was the best ever.
Both were complete lies.
