His attorneys claim he got swept into the Capitol Building by the crowd and wandered into Nancy Pelosi's office while looking for a bathroom.
I assume when he was being swept by the crowd that the stun gun with spikes concealed within a collapsible walking stick fell off someone and worked its way into his clothing.

After he is convicted at his trial he is going to be swept by Federal Marshalls into a U.S.P. for a few years.

More "great people" and "loving tourists" just got kicked in the creek. It is amazing that the FBI got away with entrapping all of these innocent patriots. The only explanation is that the jury system is part of the Deep State.
