There's no way I'm going to take the time to dig into that so I'll just say this - the words "alleged" or "potentially" should be put in front of "crimes committed."

Each of those cited statutes has elements of an offense. Each element has to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. Maybe, maybe not. I'm not relying on some guy in X to do legit legal analysis and draw conclusions on all those statutes.
