I think that perhaps you're ignoring the also highly relevant apparent fact that he just very recently had this apparent revelation about how he views some people. What does that say about how he's acted in all of these years leading up to it? What does that say about how he has viewed the world while providing so many millions of people a lens through which to view the world?
