Would be nice if we could have a conversation about Trump's unfitness for office…

The Stormy Monday felony convictions will now be tossed under the theory that every King (or soon to be future King) needs a Royal Mistress and occasionally you have to slip them a few bushels of grain and a couple of hundred goats and chickens to keep them happy and hide it from the Queen so you don't hurt her feelings. Thus the entire transaction is an Official Act.

"I know this is satire but it isn't much further than the other nonsensical lefty paranoid posts about the immunity decision."
I remember when those same paranoid people suggested during the Confirmation Hearings of tRump's SCOTUS justice nominees that they secretly intended to reverse Roe vs Wade and that they were lying when they said "No President is above the law."
This is the dumbest thing that fake Christians push.oski003 said:bearister said:

Allowing the states to make laws in abortion is not ridiculous. On the other hand, I truly hope that states aren't allowed to mandate Christian religion in schools (ten commandments etc).

The Dems/MSM are framing this whole thing incorrectly.

The Supreme Court did not “grant” Trump immunity.
Presidents have always had immunity, the Supreme Court just had to overrule the corrupt Biden regime’s unprecedented lawfare against a political opponent.

This case is toast.

Bragg used evidence subject to presidential immunity.
Merchan must declare a mistrial.
Again, a jury’s finding of guilt isn’t a conviction.
A defendant doesn’t become a felon until the judge convicts him.
Trump isn’t a felon.
And he likely won’t ever be. https://t.co/5YbGftu3ts
FYI, juries don’t convict defendants.

Juries find guilt or innocence.
Our legal system adds another safeguard for the defendant:
The judge decides whether to convict, even after the jury’s finding of guilt.
Neither Trump nor Hunter are convicted felons right now.

*I guess tRump's plans to exact revenge on Biden just went up in smoke with that decision.
Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell stole two seats on the Supreme Court, and we're living with the consequences.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: it's time to expand the Court.

Stay focused on the matter at hand. I know it's tough for those with (HEDS) Hillary's Emails Derangement Syndrome, but bear down.bear2034 said:But Biden is?tequila4kapp said:

Donald Trump’s former Sec. Def. Mark Esper: “[Trump] was suggesting that...we should bring in the troops and shoot the protesters.”

Q: “The commander-in-chief was suggesting that the U.S. military shoot protesters?”
Esper: “Yes, in the streets of our nation’s capital.” pic.twitter.com/KZSQXGYS1v
