If God needed far right loonies to post his ten commandments from the Old Testament that Jesus further clarified can be encapsulated by the two commandments, He would not be worth worshipping.

Juries find guilt or innocence.

Our legal system adds another safeguard for the defendant:

I was never a criminal law practitioner. I have always had the understanding that a defendant is a felon the second he enters a guilty plea or is found guilty of a felony by a judge or jury, even if he hasn't been sentenced.

Do you know the statutes Mike Davis is relying on?

In my mind it does not matter. Either way, Trump isn't a good dude.
