Yes, Melania's prenup "appearance fees" for a Trump rally probably start at 500k, but you also have to consider clauses in the prenup likely stipulating additional fees for publicly:

1) "speaking";

2) allowing Trump to kiss her cheek on stage;

3) having to reciprocate Trump's cheek kiss with an "air kiss";

4) allowing Trump to grab her hand on camera just before leaving the stage (after she did everything possible not to touch his hand); and

5) being forced to smile through it all.

All told, Melania probably got a $2-3 million dollar paycheck for her public humiliation.

Pornstars have way more dignity.

In the juvenile minds of tRump and his followers, they are using this as a ploy to redirect attention from the fact that the intent, planning, execution, appearance and content of this MSG Rally is indistinguishable from a Nazi rally.

tRump and his associates are not rocket scientists and they continually exercise poor judgment. I think they gave too much leash to some of their less mentally stable performers. They went too far this time. They let this get to the Marjory Taylor Greene/Sh@itting on Pelosi's desk level of crazy.
